Who We Are
Benchmark Builders is a private, employee-owned construction company established in October 2016 serving the Western Cape area. The company is run and managed by two directors, Jean Kotze and Winslow Hare, with a combined construction experience of over 50 years. Both directors are extremely hands-on and directly involved in every aspect of the business and its operations. No matter who you are or what your project, no matter its size or its complexity, whether you are a multi-national corporation building a next gen headquarters or just a regular joe trying to do some home renovations, we will treat your project like it was our own.
What We Do
Benchmark Builders provide multiple construction options to suit each client. We pride ourselves in having a motto that no project is too small.
Commercial Projects
- Demolition and adjustments to existing commercial buildings
- We have set up joint venture agreements with two well-established companies CIDB8 to tender and construct big commercial tenders
- We have also submitted our GIDB GB5 application, for which approval is imminent
Residential Projects
- New residential buildings
- Partial or sectional extension to existing buildings
- Internal and external upgrades to structures
- Kitchen and bathroom upgrades (Full or partial refurbishment)
- Glass splashbacks
- Grey and rainwater systems (Manual or fully automated)
