New Commercial Tender and Construction Works
Benchmark Builders tender on new commercial building construction works. Benchmark Builders and the Health and Safety Officer used are both registered with SACPCMP to ensure safe working procedures are used.
Detailed and updated programs with itemized valuations or BOQ will be provided during contraction to the Client.
Benchmark Builder’s senior and site management have between 15 and 35+ years construction experience to supervise and manage all construction works.
Adustment and Upgrades to Existing Shopping Malls
Existing commercial buildings and shopping malls sometimes just require an upgrade in its existing finishes or footprint for new tenants moving in or mall adjustments.
Benchmark Builders will manage new construction and removal / replacing existing services or any other items required to be adjusted.
